Don’t know in what context you are asking..
in software India leads, in services India leads.
in Technology .. machinery manufacturing.. China.. leads.
Philippines is also know for call centers by some US companies. ranks next to India for call centres
in pharma…. India leads.
so if you want to know industry based or total turnover based ?
if you could specify i would be happy to share my share of 2 cents worth of knowledge. with you

Depends on the area.
The second answer is good. MYOB Solution outsources Tax and Accounting jobs to Malaysia (so accountants can just maintain their shop front here, but have people over there to do your financial statements and tax returns).
Similar to the first answer – I heard manufacturing jobs moved from the cheap Asian countries also to Africa. Not outsourcing per se.
